1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by EPIC SHOTSHELLS, located at epicshotshells.com.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of [eligible countries], age [minimum age] or older at time of entry. Employees, agents, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising or promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible.

3. Campaign Period

4. How to Enter

- Standard entry: Provide your email and other required info at https://rypl.io/epic-shotshell/epic-shotshell-direct/ and receive [e.g. 20% off code].
- Bonus sharing grand prize entries: Share the Campaign via social media or referral link to receive [one entry per share].
- No purchase necessary. Limit [e.g. one email entry + unlimited sharing entries per person]. Fraudulent entries (e.g. fake emails or fabricated shares) will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

- Discount Reward: 20% off code (or placeholder) valid on next order at EPIC SHOTSHELLS.
- Grand Prize: “$1,000 in ammo & Epic Shotshell swag” – winner will be awarded following the end of the Campaign period.

Prize details subject to tax laws—any taxes are winner’s responsibility.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

- Grand Prize winner selected in a random drawing from all entries received.
- Odds of winning depend on total number of eligible entries.

7. Winner Notification & Prize Claim

- Winner will be notified via email within [e.g. 7 days] of selection.
- If winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within [e.g. 72 hours], prize may be forfeited and an alternate shall be selected.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, city, or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. Liability Release

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its agencies, from liability for injuries, losses or damages caused by participation or use of prize.

10. Disputes & Governing Law

All disputes governed by the laws of [Governing state/province and country], without regard to conflict of laws provisions. Where applicable, entrants may be required to submit tax forms (e.g. W-9 for U.S. sweepstakes).

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign in case of fraud, technical failure, or any factors beyond Sponsor’s control. Sponsor’s decisions are final.
